At Yui Skin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom accessories purchase, whether it is a shower caddy, shower head, or soap dish. This policy outlines your return rights and procedure under EU Consumer Protection laws and Belgian regulations.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Belgian law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery for a change-of-mind return, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Shower Heads & Accessories: Must be unused, uninstalled, free of water residue, and in original packaging with all seals intact due to hygiene considerations.

  • Shower Caddies & Organizers: Must be unused, unmounted (no adhesive tape attached/peeled or screws installed), and securely packed in original protective packaging.

  • Soap Dishes & Trays: Must be in pristine condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Hygiene & Health Exclusions

Please note that for health and hygiene protection reasons, items that have been installed, connected to water supplies (such as shower heads), or used with soap/bath products cannot be returned unless proven defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your shower caddy, shower head, or soap dish arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photographs or video proof of the damage and outer packaging. Approved claims for damaged items will receive a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Return Process

  1. Submit Request: Email customer support at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).

  2. Authorization: Upon approval, we will issue return instructions and our designated return warehouse address.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Shipping Fee Terms:

For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for paying the direct cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a seller error, damaged goods, or defect, Yui Skin will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Inspection & Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility:

  • We will send an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
